Common classification of patterned aluminum plate
Patterned aluminum plate are widely used in many fields due to their unique anti-slip, beautiful and durable properties. Its common classification can be summarized from two dimensions: alloy composition and pattern style:
1. Classification by alloy composition
Ordinary aluminum alloy patterned plate:
Patterned aluminum plate processed with 1060 aluminum plate as the base material can adapt to ordinary environments and is relatively cheap.
Usually used in stairs, floors, outer packaging and other occasions.
Aluminum-manganese alloy patterned aluminum plate:
Patterned aluminum plate processed with 3003 aluminum plate as the base material, also known as rust-proof aluminum plate.
The strength is slightly higher than that of ordinary aluminum alloy patterned aluminum plate, and it has certain anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties, but the hardness and corrosion resistance are not as good as 5000 series aluminum plate.
It is mainly used in occasions with less stringent anti-rust requirements, such as truck compartments, cold storage floors, etc.
Aluminum-magnesium alloy patterned aluminum plate:
Patterned aluminum plate processed with 5000 series aluminum plates such as 5052 or 5083 as the base material.
It has good corrosion resistance, hardness and rust resistance, high hardness and certain load-bearing capacity.
Commonly used in humid or special environments such as ships and automotive parts.
2. Classification by pattern style
Five-rib aluminum alloy patterned plate:
Also known as willow-leaf patterned aluminum plate, it has good anti-slip ability.
Its surface pattern is arranged in five relatively parallel concave and convex shapes, and each pattern is at an angle of 60-80 degrees, so it has excellent anti-slip performance.
Widely used in construction, flooring, platform design and other fields.
Compass aluminum alloy patterned aluminum plate:
It also has anti-slip effect, but it is not often used compared to five-rib patterned aluminum plate.
Orange peel aluminum alloy patterned aluminum plate:
The surface presents a pattern similar to orange peel, which is divided into classic orange peel pattern and variant orange peel pattern (also known as insect pattern).
Commonly used in refrigerators, air conditioners and packaging and other fields.
Lentil-shaped patterned aluminum plate:
It is a common style of anti-slip aluminum plate with good anti-slip effect.
It is mainly used in places with high anti-slip requirements such as carriages, platforms, cold storage floors, workshop floors, elevators, etc.
Spherical pattern aluminum plate:
The surface presents small spherical patterns, which looks beautiful.
Due to its special pattern design, it has high strength and is mainly used for outer packaging.
Other pattern aluminum plates:
Including but not limited to wavy patterns, water ripple patterns, corrugated patterns (also known as aluminum tiles), rattan patterns, three-dimensional triangular patterns, strip patterns, pebble patterns, diamond patterns, triangular strip patterns, diamond patterns, butterfly patterns, etc.
These patterned aluminum plates have their own characteristics and are widely used in packaging pipes, screen frames, various suspension beams, table legs, decorative strips, handles, wiring troughs and covers, chair pipes and other fields.
In summary, the classification of patterned aluminum plates is diverse, and the appropriate type can be selected according to specific needs and application scenarios.
